GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

FABRIC
INFLATABLE IMAGES uses ULTRA SCHERCOTE III and ULTRA SCHERCOTE HD in the construction of it's cold air inflatables. A wide variety of Pantone Matching System based colors are available and in stock at all times. All other PMS colors are available by custom order. Custom order fabric can add an additional 4 weeks to production times. Internal walls when necessary, are 2.5 oz. mildew resistant rip stop nylon for optimal strength. Heavier vinyl coated nylon materials are used in the construction of all floors, bottoms and high wear areas for maximum durability.

ART WORK
The complexity of applied art will determine whether digital print, stenciled art, airbrushing, silk screening, or fabric overlays are used. Most of INFLATABLE IMAGES inflatable bouncers, games, presence and display systems come complete with a standard mix of team logos and/or art. Any additional permanent or temporary (banner) artwork applications will be priced per quote.

BANNERS
All of INFLATABLE IMAGES bouncer, game and display systems are equipped with quantity two or more Velcro or quick-link banner display areas. For a proposal on the production of any banner featuring your sponsor specific logo art, contact your INFLATABLE IMAGES account representative.

PAINTS & DYES
Our specially formulated dyes have been designed for maximum color fastness and to be flake and chip resistant.

CONSTRUCTION
All seams are double needle, lock-stitch sewn with polyster thread.

SHIPPING
We can design and implement the proper shipping system for your inflatable. Shipping containers range from large polyethylene containers to smaller vinyl storage bags.

WARRANTY
Standard shape Inflatables carry a two year manufacturer's limited warranty againest defects in manufacturing and materials. Bouncer inflatables carry a one year or six month manufacturer's limited warranty againest defects in manufacturing and materials. Inflatation fans carry a one year manufacturer's limited warranty againest defects in manufacturing and materials.

LIABILITY INSURANCE
Inflatable Images carries $5 million in product liability insurance.

An art rendering of your inflatable(s) can be provided so that realism is assured.
