Every Inflatable Images product incorporating digital print to include inflatables, banners, sticky back appliques and signs are digitally printed on our NUR fresco Hi Q 8c 1800 continuous drop on demand (CDOD) four or eight color process inkjet application printer with an apparent resolution of 720 dpi. Additional prints as required for outdoor use and/or as applicable for substrate specific applications, incorporate additional print protection via a waterborne aqueous clear coat acrylic urethane or an Avery DOL 1000 2.1 mill cast gloss overlaminate performance application and permanent adhesive.

Inflatable Images family of display products are constructed using only the highest quality materials available for uncompromising performance in the field. The following materials are used in conjunction with one or more banner, sticky back applique or hard based sign options:

ScherBrite: A staple indoor/outdoor material used for multi general purpose applications to include all inflatables requiring digital print. ScherBrite is an 8, 12 & 14 oz. pvc coated, ultra white material with aqueous clear coat protection.

ScherBrite II: The standard material used in the construction of our Banners For Business & Industry series of banners or for any other application requiring two sided and/or ultra high resolution prints. ScherBrite II is a 12 oz. flexible, white polyester scrim  matte. double sided printable, ultra smooth banner fabric designed for high resolution printing and a premium banner product ideal for all indoor and limited outdoor banner displays.

TacBrite and TacBrite Plus: Used for all indoor and outdoor sticky back appliques. TacBrite is a 2.1 mil cast gloss white face film with pressure sensitive adhesive for multiple smooth and limited rough surface applications. TacBrite Plus offers the additional protection of a 2.1 mil gloss overlaminate and is recommended for most high wear and all outdoor display requirements.

Inflatable Images incorporates one or more of the aforementioned materials into the construction and application of its' line of digitally printed products.
