BOUNCERS & TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

1. PROPRIETARY. Our patented top, triple-fold pad seams eliminate all stress at the connecting seams (pillowed-floor system).
2. All outside walls are reinforced at the vertical wall seam with 10,000 lb. breaking strength, triple seat-belt webbing - using a reinforced stress-relieved seam.
3. Our patented heavy-duty Ultra Schercote III and Ultra Schercote HD fabric have the highest abrasion-resistant and adhesion properties in the industry. The lead-free, vinyl-coating will not peel away from the base cloth (nylon), and is color-fast.
4. The fabric is also UV and mildew-resistant, with excellent cold crack qualities (far exceeding all extreme weather conditions).
5. Our polyester threads are equal in strength to the construction material (threads that comprise the nylon fabric).
6. The inks used in our airbrush and silk-screening process adhere to the vinyl without chipping and/or flaking.
7. The inflation fans used at the top and bottom of the inflatable are the finest heavy-duty units available on the market today, with readily available replacement parts.
8. Varying weight vinyl-coated nylon fabrics are used in the construction of the flooring (pad) and exterior walls in order to maximize the wear and durability of unit.
